What to include in your email

To help us move quickly, include:

• The new shipping address

If your order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to catch it in time and update the address. Our team processes orders fast, so the sooner you reach out, the better.

Important notes

Once an order ships, we are typically unable to change the delivery address.
