International ShippingUpdated 3 months ago

We ship internationally, but shipping outside the United States usually costs more, so international orders may include an additional shipping charge at checkout.

International shipments can also come with a few extra things to keep in mind.

Shipping charges

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination country
  • Package size & weight
  • Carrier rates and service level

Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be subject to customs/duty fees charged by your local government.

  • These fees vary by country and location
  • We do not control them and can not estimate them ahead of time
  • Customers are responsible for any & all duties/taxes/fees charged by their country

Delivery times & customs delays

Delivery times vary by destination and can be affected by customs clearance.

  • In some cases, customs processing may delay delivery beyond the estimated transit time.
  • If your package is held in customs, you may need to provide documentation or pay duties before it is released.

Address changes (international)

If you need to change the shipping address for an international order, contact us right away.

In most cases, once an order ships, the shipping address cannot be changed until the carrier has attempted delivery at least once.

If tracking looks stuck

If tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, we recommend contacting the carrier first for the most accurate update.
