Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect ItemsUpdated 3 months ago

We know the feeling, waiting on parts and then something shows up wrong is pain. We’ve got you.

If anything in your order is missing, damaged, or incorrect, Contact Us right away so we can make it right. 

Before you email us

Please do not throw away the box or packaging until we help you out, we may need photos for the carrier or manufacturer.

What to include in your email

  • Order number
  • What is missing / damaged / incorrect
  • Photos of:
    • The shipping box (including any damage)
    • The shipping label
    • The item(s) and packaging

If something is missing

First, we will double-check that it is truly missing. Orders with multiple items often ship in multiple boxes and may arrive on different days.

If an item is confirmed missing, we will make it right and get a resolution for you as quickly as possible.

If something arrives damaged or defective

We will review your photos and determine whether it was shipping damage or a manufacturer defect.

  • If it is shipping damage: we will start a claim with the carrier per their policies.
  • If it is defective: we will start a claim with the supplier per their policies.

If you received the wrong item

Once we confirm the mix-up, we will get the correct item set up and coordinate the return of the incorrect item.

Items shipped directly from the manufacturer

If your item shipped directly from a manufacturer, these processes can vary. We will coordinate with the manufacturer to resolve the issue.
